Dinner Calorie Count

Afternoon Snack:

1 cup goat milk- 150 cal
1 small cube green tea chocolate- 24 cal

Dinner:

Lettuce leaves+ turkey- 30 cal
Hot cereal+ ¼ cup milk- 162 cal
Chocolate soy milk- 120 cal

Calories consumed: 486 cal

Wow, I have calories left over.
